Yes - where you purchase several displays, we can SOMETIMES offer you a discount.  It really depends on the product and the quantity.

Yes, we can ship to most countries, but you will need to email or phone to enquire about price and to place your order.

When you receive an order acknowledgement via email, it will state that UK delivery is usually within 5 working days, and that we will let you know if we anticipate that your order will take longer to be delivered to you.
It will also say that many items ordered before 2.00pm will be delivered the next working day.


Products that we are able to send almost immediately are those which we hold in stock and which require little preparation to be ready for despatch.
Orders for other products available on the website can usually be despatched to be with you within the 5 working days, and we will call you if this is not the case.  You can always check with us before ordering.

Bespoke items and very large orders can take longer, but we will talk to you about delivery times while we are discussing your requirements.

For UK mainland deliveries, we use an overnight courier.  They deliver Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.  You should receive your goods the (working) day after we despatch them. 

For an extra charge, we are able to ship timed deliveries - before 9am, before 10am, before noon, and also Saturday deliveries.  Please enquire for costs.

For deliveries to non-UK mainland addresses, please enquire to find out likely delivery times.

All of our displays come as a kit with fixing instructions.  They are easy for one, or sometimes we advise two, people to put together.

The instructions are available on the website if you would like to examine them before placing your order.

We do not usually offer a fitting or assembly service.  If you have a large or complex job you do not wish to tackle yourself, you may wish to hire help.  Many people have a local handyman or a fitter, or we can often suggest a shop fitter who can help in your area.

As long as you let us know immediately, we will replace the missing or broken items, or otherwise resolve the problem.

When your order arrives, it will have a delivery note on the outside of one of the parcels.  This will include the following highly visible text:


Sign for parcel(s) as damaged 
where appropriate.

Claims for loss or damage must be 
made WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt

Please simply do as it says!

We insure our deliveries, but the couriers reject claims for loss or damage not made immediately, saying that once a parcel has been delivered, anything could happen to it! 

We advise the use of warm, soapy water for cleaning acrylic [Perspex].  
The use of any cleaning products which contain solvents is to be avoided, as this can cause damage to any folded or flame-polished areas.  This is because solvents open up cracks in  stressed areas of the acrylic, which become visible as 'crazing'.
